Artwork

  • Simply browse our website by using the navigation buttons. Click on ‘Artists’ to find an artist name then click on his name to display their full portfolio. We have endeavoured to display a biography for each artist and this can be accessed by clicking on the ‘biography’ link

  • Images throughout our site are enlargeable..
  •  

  • Colour - Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of images on our website we cannot guarantee that the colours and appearance of artwork on the site will be identical to the original.
  •  

  • Dimensions given are approximate image sizes, height x width in cm.
  •  

  • Availability of the artworks displayed on our site is not guaranteed as a sale may have been made as you are going through the process of ordering. May we suggest that you call us to ensure the stock availability.

 

How to make a purchase

 

You can use our online order form to email, phone or write to us with your order. We will confirm that the goods are available and make arrangements for payment and collection or delivery.

  • A sterling cheque made payable to A Sense of Wonder Art.
  •  

  • An international banker's draft/money order made payable to ‘A Sense of Wonder Art’.
  •  

  • Paypal
All payments must be made in pounds Sterling

 

 

Online

 

To place an order, simply click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. Our shopping system will then guide you through the process of creating an account before processing your payment securely


  • If it is your first time of ordering from us you will be asked to set up an account. Creating an account with us will also make repeat visits to the website easy for you without having to repeatedly type in the same information time and time again.
  •  

  • If you have an account already set up, just enter your user name and password
  •  

  • You will then be taken to a screen to enter your details onto a secure server.
  •  

  • Press the ‘Continue’ button to confirm the order. You will shortly receive an e-mail confirming your order.
  •  

  • Works will only be released after funds have cleared.

 

Costings
  • Framing is not included in the artwork price.
  •  

  • Artwork prices do not include postage and packing which will be calculated automatically through the ordering process. Please do contact us to conform the shipping arrangements. Overseas buyers will need to contact us before ordering and making payment to confirm shipping costs.
  •  

  • All goods are offered for sale in Pounds Sterling. As a convenience to overseas customers we have shown the UK Sterling price in US Dollars ($) and Euros (€). We calculate currency conversions on a regular basis but cannot be responsible for any exchange rate differences arising between currency values shown on our site and actual charges levied by banks or paypal for purchases made.
  •  

  • VAT where applicable is excluded from prices and will be added on when going to checkout.. VAT is not charged to or payable on orders taken from and delivered outside the EEC and is automatically removed from orders placed on our system. Overseas purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes required.
  •  

  • Copyright rights to the image remain with the artist or the estate of the artist. The purchase of an artwork does not confer the right or licence to use the image for commercial or any other purposes.

 

Delivery

  • We will arrange delivery to you or you may collect your purchase . Goods will be despatched after payment in full has been received.
  •  

  • All quoted delivery charges are for UK addresses. For all non-UK addresses we will confirm the delivery charge before debiting your account – please do contact us first.
  •  

  • All confirmed orders will be despatched via courier within 3 working days.
  •  

  • If any delay occurs you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
  •  

  • Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel.
  •  

  • Please note that all delivery charges are shown on your order form.
  •  

  • Risk in the goods passes on collection or on delivery of the goods to the address stated in your order.
  •  

  • Title to the goods will pass to you only when full payment has been made for them.

 

Privacy policy

 

We conform to the Data Protection Act. Your details are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry and will not be shared with any third party. You may ask for your details to be added to our exhibition mailing list, but this will not be undertaken unless requested.

 

 

Returns

 

We give 7 days no quibble home approval. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it with the receipt to A Sense of Wonder Art for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on the following conditions:

  • You must contact us advising us of its return within 7 days of your order's arrival with you; either by e-mail – sales@asenseofwonderart.com or by telephone – +44 (0)1206 855381
  •  

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to A Sense of Wonder Art.
  •  

  • It must be received back by the gallery within 10 days of the artwork’s arrival with you.
  •  

  • Provided the above conditions have been met, we will arrange for a full refund of the costs of the artwork to you. You will not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to us and insurance of the work during transit to us. Refund will not be made until the work has been returned undamaged to us.
  •  

  • Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between A Sense of Wonder Art and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
